They talk about how it works, how you gain points etc. They also give you a quest called "A little extra never hurts". During my time, this quest had two parts, and it probably still has 2. When you finish part one, your receive quickly 10 turbine points. After receiving them, exit the game. There are about 29 servers. I don't know if you have acess to all of them. I have acess to the 29 worlds, and you probably have too. Now here's how you do it. Grab a piece of paper. Then write all the Lotro servers with a pencil or something.
